Are the sanitary facilities open all night?
Sanitary block 1 (next to the pool) is open 24 hours a day. The other two blocks close from midnight to 07:00 to limit noise, but an outdoor toilet remains open around the clock.
What are the capacity limits for a camping pitch?
A maximum of six people and one car are allowed per pitch. Babies and young children count as persons; extra vehicles can be left in the free parking area at the campsite entrance.
Can I choose a specific pitch when booking?
You may state your preferences during booking, and the team will try to match them depending on availability, but no choice can be guaranteed.
What is a 'garage mort' and when is it available?
From 30 April–5 July and 29 August–6 September 2026, caravan owners can leave their caravan on a dedicated pitch under the 'garage mort' formula, paying a daily rate with minimum stays of 2 nights in April, 6 nights in May, and 3 nights in June.
Is a security deposit required for mobile-homes or chalets?
Yes. A €200 deposit is collected on arrival to cover potential damage or cleaning issues.
Are bed linens provided in the rentals?
Bed sheets are not included (except in Oyat mobile-homes). You can rent them at reception: €16 for a double set, €14 for a single set, and €5.50 for a towel kit.
What are the mattress sizes in the different rental ranges?
Eco and Comfort ranges have 140 × 190 cm double beds and 80 × 190 cm singles; the Premium range offers 160 × 200 cm double beds and 80 × 190 cm singles.
Is baby equipment available and what does it cost?
A complete baby kit (cot, high chair, pushchair) costs €5 per night or €30 per week. Cot or high chair can be rented separately for €2.50 per night or €15 per week.
Do the rentals include a television?
Yes. All rental accommodations are equipped with a TV.
Can I pitch a tent on a mobile-home parcel?
No, pitching a tent on a mobile-home plot is prohibited for insurance and safety reasons.
What is included in the optional cleaning package and how much does it cost?
The cleaning package costs from €90 and can be reserved at booking. On departure you must leave clean dishes on the table and take your rubbish to the recycling area.
How many vehicles are allowed with a rental unit?
Only one car is allowed per rental. A gate code is given on arrival, and extra vehicles can use the free car park at the entrance.
Can I request a specific mobile-home?
You may note your wishes when booking; the campsite will do its best to satisfy them according to availability but cannot guarantee a particular unit.
Where can I buy fresh bread and newspapers on site?
Bread is baked daily on site during summer, and can be ordered at the minimarket in low season. Newspapers are sold in the minimarket in July and August.
Can I receive mail or parcels during my stay?
Yes. Post is sorted alphabetically in wooden boxes at reception, and parcels can be picked up upon presentation of an ID card.
What leisure facilities are available for children?
The campsite offers two playgrounds, an inflatable structure, a volleyball court, a boules pitch, and table-tennis tables.
When is the kids’ club open and what are its hours?
The kids’ club operates only during the July-August school holidays, from 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–16:00, with limited spaces.
Is Wi-Fi available and is there a charge?
Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire campsite.
What type of barbecues are permitted on the pitches?
Only gas barbecues are allowed on individual pitches. Communal charcoal barbecues are provided, and portable grills can be rented for €7 per day or €35 per week.

Can I cancel my booking and will I get a refund?
First notify the campsite as quickly as possible. Without cancellation insurance no refund is granted; with NEAT Camping cancellation/interruption insurance you must declare the cancellation or interruption to activate the cover.
What cancellation insurance is offered and how much does it cost?
At booking you may purchase NEAT Camping cancellation & interruption insurance for 5 % of the stay cost (minimum €20). It refunds 100 % with a justified reason or 70 % without reason, from the deposit date until the end of the stay.
When can I subscribe to the cancellation insurance?
The insurance must be taken out at the time of booking and remains valid throughout your stay.
Is there an on-site minimarket and what can I buy there?
Yes. The campsite has a small grocery shop where you can purchase European plug adapters for €15, fresh bread baked daily in summer (or to order in low season), and newspapers during July and August.

Which payment methods are accepted when booking and paying your stay?
The campsite accepts bank cheques, postal money orders, ANCV holiday vouchers (complete with upper stub), bank transfers and credit/debit cards. Cheques are not accepted on site or if presented less than 30 days before arrival.
Are pets allowed in the rentals and what is the cost?
Yes – one pet (except category 1 & 2 dogs) is permitted per rental unit. The fee is €3.60 per night in low season and €4.00 per night in high season.
Does the campsite provide laundry facilities?
Yes. A self-service laundrette with washing machines and dryers is available; tokens are sold at reception, and guests can borrow an ironing board and iron.

How much is the booking deposit and when is it due?
For reservations made more than 30 days before arrival, a deposit of 30 % of the total stay price is required, together with the booking fee (€10 in low season or €25 in high season) and any optional cancellation-insurance premium.
What does the rental price include?
The price of a rental unit covers electricity, water, access to the heated pool, all campsite equipment and services (bar/snack in July–August), play areas and pétanque courts, participation in summer animations, and parking for one vehicle on or near the pitch.
What is the ‘Option Week-end +’ and how much does it cost?
In low season you can choose the Option Week-end +, allowing arrival from 10:00 (instead of 16:00) for an extra €15; you may also extend your departure until 17:00 for an additional €15.
How much is the tourist tax and who has to pay it?
The tourist tax for 2026 is €0.66 per night and is payable by every guest aged 18 years and over.

How should I sort and dispose of my waste while staying at the campsite?
Each rental unit is supplied with a recycling bag, a small compost box and clear sorting instructions. You can empty green waste in the two communal composters located next to the refuse area and place recycled materials in the designated collection points.
Can I buy local products on site?
Yes. The on-site minimarket and the bar both sell locally produced items in addition to everyday groceries and refreshments.
Does the campsite organise evening entertainment for adults and families?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the detachable withdrawal form found in the FLOA terms and conditions to FLOA Bank, Service Consommateur, 36 rue Messines, 59686 Lille Cedex 9, and arranging another payment method with the campsite.
What happens if a FLOA 4-installment payment is rejected?
The instalment is automatically presented again; after up to ten failed attempts you will receive an email explaining how to regularise the payment.
